​FRSC/RSC CDS GROUP KABBA HOST QUIZ COMPETITION FOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS

The FRSC/RSC CDS GROUP KABBA led by Cadet in Chief Monday, Oke Preye organised a quiz competition for secondary schools in it’s host community. The competition which was organized in collaboration with the FRSC Unit Command RS8.32 KABBA to prepare the schools in kabba for the upcoming annual December National Quiz Competition to be organized by the FRSC HQ Abuja.

The schools in attendance were 

1) Local Government comprehensive Secondary school kabba

2) Saint Monica’s college

3) Saint Augustine’s college

4) Sai​nt Barnabas’s secondary school

5) Bishop MacCalla Secondary school

6) Clarets secondary school

7) Wise Virgin secondary school

The theme for the quiz was Road Information and Safety as the competitors were quizzed about various questions to test their knowledge on Road Safety, the competition was intense with each school vying to emerge the winner.

One particular school that really showed their preparedness was Saint Monica’s college, as they breeze through the first and second sections of the competition by answering all questions correctly, giving them an early lead.

At the end of the third section of the competition, there was a tie for the 3rd position as Saint Augustine’s college and Wise Virgin had the same points, so a tiebreaker was set for the two schools and Wise Virgin beating out Saint Augustine’s college for the position.

Saint Monica’s college came out top with 31 points, Wise Virgin secondary school 2nd with 27 points and Saint Augustine’s college 3rd with 26 points.

While presenting the award to the winners, the Unit Commander ACC AFOLABI ALADE OYINBO saluted the winners and the competitors, he especially thanked them for participating and recognized that quiz helped the students know more about road safety and the FRSC.
